New Spring 2024 Language Courses

Penn Language Center is pleased to announce new language course offerings for the Spring 2024 semester:

• Elementary Albanian I - LANG 0100 682
• Elementary Armenian I - LANG 0100 681
• Elementary Juhuri I - LANG 0100 684
• Elementary Kazakh I - LANG 0100 683
• Chinese for Specific Purposes: Legal Chinese - CHIN 1148 680

As new language courses, they have not yet developed into a four-semester sequence and therefore cannot be taken to fulfill Penn's language requirement. In addition to these brand new offerings, PLC will also run the following language courses:

• Elementary Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian I -  BCS 0100 680
• Elementary Haitian-Creole I - LANG 0100 680
• Elementary Haitian-Creole II - LANG 0200 680
• Studies in Ladino - JWST 0130 680

High school students may enroll through the Young Scholars Program. Tuition is waived for studentsin the School District of Philadelphia.
